Free School Meal Application

For the 23-24 school year, meal applications are only for students enrolled at the Brooks Elementary School.

Medford Public Schools is pleased to announce our participation in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) of the National School Lunch Program for the following schools: Andrews Middle, Curtis-Tufts High, McGlynn Elementary, McGlynn Middle, Medford High, Missituk Elementary, and Roberts Elementary. This special provision allows our school(s) to provide breakfast and lunch at no cost for all students at the federal level (less financial burden on the state and Massachusetts taxpayers), and families are no longer required to complete an application to access meal benefits for students enrolled in CEP schools. In fact, families with students in CEP schools should NOT fill out applications. They will not be processed by the district.

At this time, the Brooks Elementary School is not eligible to participate in CEP. And while school meals will be provided free of charge to these students, families are still encouraged to apply for free and reduced price meal status. Email meals@medford.k12.ma.us with any questions.
